AI DTF Gangsheet Builder

What we collect

• Shopify customer ID, display name, and email — to link designs, AI credit balances, and orders to the right customer
• Uploaded/generated design images and their metadata (size, source, creation date)
• Order and gang sheet references (order ID, print file URL) needed to fulfill an order

Why

Solely to provide the app's functionality: letting a customer reuse their own designs, track their AI credit balance, and attaching the correct print file to their order. This data is never sold or used for advertising.

Third-party processing

To provide the app's features, uploaded and generated images may be processed by the following service providers, solely to produce the design the customer requested:

• Cloudflare R2 and Cloudinary — image and print-file storage
• Google Gemini — AI image generation
• Replicate — AI image upscaling/enhancement
• Remove.bg — background removal

Data retention

We keep design and order data only as long as needed to provide the app's functionality.

Deletion requests

A customer can request deletion of their data through the store they purchased from, or directly through Shopify's standard customer data request process — this app implements Shopify's mandatory customers/redact and shop/redact webhooks, so those requests are honored automatically.
